1. You must be registered and have obtained a bidder's number in order to be able to bid.

2. All property is sold "As Is". Neither the seller, Morris Auction Group nor any of its employees give any warranties.

3. A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged and added to your bid to determine the total purchase price.

4. The high bidder(s) will pay in full immediately after the auction. You may pay with cash, credit card, (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) or company check, if accompanied by a letter from your bank guaranteeing funds. Once you have paid for your items, you may then move them but not before.

5. You will need your PAID RECEIPT to remove any item.

6. All Sales are FINAL, NO REFUNDS.

7. Auctioneer reserves the right to collect any funds owed due to any clerical errors at the auction.
