Auction Terms

1. After you have and read and agreed to terms and conditions of the sale, you must register and have a bidder’s number in order to be able to bid.

2. All property is sold “As Is”. Neither the seller, Morris Auction Group nor any of its employees make any warranties.

3. A 10% Buyer’s Premium is in effect; 10% will be added to your bid to determine the total purchase price.

4. The high bidders will pay in full immediately after the auction. You may pay with cash, credit card, (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) or company check. Once you have paid for your items, you may then move them but not before. You will need your PAID RECEIPT to remove any item. No titles will be given for any vehicles to any buyer unless paid with cash or credit card. If a titled vehicle is paid for with a check, a title will be furnished once funds have cleared the bank.

5. Tennessee sales tax will be charged on all items (except titled vehicles) unless you are a dealer in like equipment and supply us with a Tennessee Resale Tax number.
